HOW DO I GET RECORDS?

Our Records Department normal business hours are Monday – Friday 8a-4p. Records can be requested using the Application for Public Access to Records form, submitting the form to the Records Department via fax 845-786-3120, email sppd@stonypointpd.org or in person through the police desk and you will be notified when the request is processed.

If you were in a vehicle accident, reports can be obtained at the Stony Point Police Station 79 RT 210, Stony Point NY 10980. If you need more information, contact the Records Department by calling the NON-Emergency Police desk phone 845-786-2422.

If you are requesting a copy of a police report, other than a vehicle accident, complete the Application for Public Access to Records request form and forward this form to the Stony Point Police Records Department.
